How do I determine the right size for my SeaVees?
Most of our sneakers run true to size. We recommend checking the specific fit notes on each product page, as some of our heritage styles may fit slightly narrower than modern athletic shoes.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard ground shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Are SeaVees shoes sustainable?
We are committed to conscious manufacturing. Many of our collections feature recycled cotton, natural rubber, and recycled plastic components to reduce our environmental footprint.
How should I clean my SeaVees?
For canvas styles, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. We do not recommend machine washing or drying, as it can damage the natural rubber foxing and internal adhesives.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
